Obfuscate VSIP Changing build options not causing rebuild
Link Posted: 11-Dec-2006 06:01
VSIP 5.1.2 with VS 2005.
Changing the Spices_ObfuscateSolutionAfterBuild option does not \"dirty\" the project to force a rebuild with the Build command. It is necessary to do a Rebuild. Changing any Obfuscate options should \"dirty\" the project to force a rebuild.

But the Spices.Net and Spices.Project's settings are external to the solution and changes in these settings can't be a reason to rebuild project.

There may be a technical reason why you can't do this, however, note that if you change any settings in a Visual Studio project, it causes a rebuild. The Spices project should do the same if it can. Being external is not the issue. As far as the user is concerned it is part of the project.

Well, you're right
We'll implement this to the nearest Spices.Net update (end of this week).
Thanks for the suggestion.
