Are there any settings that will prevent .net reflector from opening and reading an assembly, so far I have found no problems with any settings applied to the obfuscator opening the assembly in .net reflector.

I would like to recommend you to use Anonymizer features that make code very hard to understand with reflector and, in some cases crashes reflector.
We're preparing new version of Spices.Obfuscator that will break relfector.
