When node is dragged over a disabled button, the attached no-drop tooltip jumps to the upper left hand corner of the page - does not stay with cursor.

Is there any way to have the tooltip stay with the cursor?

Do experience same problems at

?

When I start drag from treeview, I see the \"no-drop\" tooltip near the cursor.
