Treeview: does developer edition allow deployment to local dev,int,uat,prod servers, if not, which site license is required additionally? All servers run in one domain in intranet only.

Do you mean the FlyTreeView for ASP.NET control.
If yes, then no, the developer license does not require any additional licenses for deployment to your corporate servers.
