If your outlook stuck on loading profile then you have to follow the below-mentioned steps:

Delete and re-create the Outlook profile.
Add registry key to DisableHardwareAcceleration.
Try to run both 'quick' and 'full' versions to repairs of Office 2016.
Completely uninstall and reinstall Office 2016.
Recreate the entire Windows profile.
Run Outlook.exe /safe (did not even open)
