What's new:

• Printing: Now it is possible to print cell blocks: use PrintSettings.StartRow/EndRow /StartCol/Endcol to specify block of cells for printing.
• New Column: OutlineColumn is especially designed to be used in spreadsheets with outlining.
• New sample: Spreadsheet, that shows how to use FlyGrid.Net as a spreadsheet and format cells (font, forecolor, backcolor).
• Some corrections/bug fixes and improvements.
