Spices.Net significant update v5.26.6.18 released.

What's new in this update:

• Significantly improved Resolving assemblies technique, speed and performance of Spices.Obfuscator and Spices.Decompiler
• Improved work with NET5/6/7/8/9/10 and .Net Core assemblies.
• Now Spices.Net, Spices.Net Obfuscator and Spices.Net Decompiler show progress of running tasks in Windows task bar, like Microsoft Visual Studio do.
