I have sent 4 or 5 emails to specific tech support personel, general tech support and sales, posted two questions on the contact us page, and even tried calling (all circuits were busy both times) over the past month without any response, NONE. If you can't help me, fine, but at least tell me that. This is the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with in my life and would NEVER recommend this product solely on that fact alone. I have even paid EXTRA money to get the extended support package, which I want a refund for, but no one will even answer my request for that refund. I am considering doing all I can with the better business bureau and other agencies to complain, because this is not the first time I have recieved poor service from this company. I still have a question, so if someone reads this and actually cares at 9Rays I want a response, and an apology.
