I know you are going to provide some cell merging options in the 2.0 version.

i want to know if the next thing will be possible:


I want to be able to do this not only in grouping mode.
i want to be able to freely merge cells without merging the columns.

We'll have bands feature in FlyGrid 2, so it will be possible to create banded views of a single row.

This not quite the same feature as you need (merging). But may be something of the sort and can be useful in your case.

Can you please elaborate about this bandings?
I dont quite uderstand.

I want to see if this is exectly the feuture i need.

Maybe you can supplay a picture of this band feuture.

This is a kind of row representation, when a single data row is represented as a multiple \"rows\" where columns can be arrange not only horizontally, but also vertically.
